1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended.
You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
The issue is reported within 7 days after receiving the product.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable if:
The product was damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
The issue is reported after 7 days of receiving the product.
The original packaging or proof of purchase is missing.
3. Warranty Coverage
All Samurai Wipers come with a 1-year warranty:
Samurai Classic: Covers breakage or manufacturing defects.
Samurai Plus: Covers breakage, coating wear-off, or manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period, customers are entitled to a one-to-one replacement (no shipping fee required) upon providing photo or video proof.
4. Refund or Replacement Process
1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or our official store chat.
2. Provide your order number, issue details, and supporting photos/videos.
3. Once approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 working days.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs (if required) will be covered by us for approved cases.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
